We run a project management system built specifically for coordinating multiple bulk orders at the same time.
Every panel's labelled by cabinet number to match your drawings. Orders are palletised and sized to suit your vehicle — ute, van, or trailer — so you can forklift straight on with zero handling.

1mm and 2mm ABS, run through two dedicated edge banding lines — one for white and light solids, a separate line for dark, textured, and woodgrain. Keeps colours clean and the edge matched across every panel.
Yes. Hinge plates, drawer runner locations, and system holes pre drilled to 0.1mm at time of production. Just specify the brand and pattern when you order.
Blum, Lincoln Sentry, and Häfele — hinges, runners, lift systems. Hettich and Grass patterns also supported. Order it with your cut job and we'll pre drill it straight into your panels.
Yes. Shaker and custom door profiles cut in house from premium MDF. Straight cut (90°) or 45° bevel, with variable pocket depths and border widths. Supplied paint ready for 2pac — no site routing needed.
Yes. We machine panels to take Stickman snap in profiles — corners, edges, joinery all routed to spec so they click in on site, no extra routing or rework. We hold ±0.5mm tolerance on every Stickman job so it snaps first time. Popular with shopfitters and joiners on retail and commercial fitouts.
Stickman is an aluminium profile system used in commercial and retail fitouts for corners, edges, and snap in joinery. We route your panels to take these profiles before they leave the shop, so on site they click straight in — no extra routing, no rework. ±0.5mm tolerance on every job is what makes the snap fit reliable.

Yes, bulk orders and multi stage rollouts are something we do all the time. Parts are labelled for fast install on site, HMR substrates available for high traffic areas, and our standard 5 to 7 day lead time still applies on high volume jobs. Get in touch and we'll talk through the scope.
Yes. We cut and machine joinery for the busiest areas in warehouses and logistics facilities — lunchrooms and break rooms with full kitchen cabinetry, changerooms and locker units, on site and mezzanine offices, packing and dispatch bench cabinets, workshop and maintenance bay storage, and driver amenity rooms. HMR substrates as standard for high traffic and damp prone spots. Bulk and multi stage rollouts handled as part of the normal job.
