Flatpack cut to size

What we do

  • Carcass cut in 2400×1800 & 3600×1800 sheets
  • Colour board cut, sizes up to 3600×1800
  • Materials: MDF, HMR particleboard, Plywood, Melamine and Veneer finish boards
  • Thicker stuff too, 25mm, 32mm & 40mm
  • Edge banding in any length
  • Cam hole drilling (Häfele Rafix20 system)
  • Gang drilling for adjustable shelf holes top to bottom
  • Legrabox cutouts
  • Glass door cutouts
  • LED channel routing
  • Wine rack interlock cutting
  • Base, wall, corner & tall cabinet assembly
  • Drawer & kickerbox assembly
